PROCESSING & DELIVERY:
Ready To Ship items take 3-5 business days to process and ship.
All other items could take up to 7-14 business days to process and ship.
Custom Orders can take up to 2-3 weeks to process and ship.
Ready to ship items are typically shipped directly from our showroom located in PA via USPS.
For other items not listed as 'Ready to Ship' please allow up to 7-14 business days for delivery.
CUSTOM MADE ITEMS:
Custom made items and collections are exclusive and made to order, therefore please allow up to 2 weeks from date of ordering for these items to process. Once completed, your order will be dispatched immediately. Certain items may be shipped to you directly from our international manufacturers located overseas.
We ship to worldwide! International shipping may cost more and takes approximately 3 weeks to arrive.
Expedited shipping is now available for all items excluding the QL x PPD collection.
If for any reason there is a problem with your order and it cannot be shipped within the time-frame we will notify you.
We are not responsible for late shipment caused by weather, holidays, or courier delays.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct upon placing your order. Queen Labels is not responsible for packages that are not delivered due to incorrect and/or incomplete addresses. If you live in an apartment building, please add your apartment number. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will typically issue a refund to the value of your item(s) minus the delivery costs.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
In the event that you order an item which is out of stock when our website has not already informed you that the item is out of stock we will contact you by email as quickly as possible to notify you - followed by a refund for the out of stock item.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must cancel within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Delays may occur occasionally, especially during holidays or due to high demands, customs delays, extreme weather etc. If the item is needed on a specific day, please let us know before placing your order so we can help accommodate you.
