Wrong size? We accept exchanges for any unused and unwashed products within a 7-day period from when you have taken receipt of the goods.
Goods that you exchange must be in the original sealed packaging and in the same condition as received, any exchanges which have been damaged, washed, stained, scratched, or used in anyway will NOT be accepted.
Once goods are received by us, your exchange item would be shipped out. We do not cover shipping charges for exchange items under any circumstances.
In order to exchange an item, please email us or contact us here including your full name, order number and the item you are exchanging and the size you want to exchange for. Once received, the exchange can take 10 days to process along with an added delivery time.
Underwear, swimwear and bodysuits cannot be exchanged under any circumstances solely for hygiene reasons.
In the event that you have any problems with your order or have received a faulty/defective item, we ask that you let us know within 24 hours of receipt, providing photographic evidence and a full description of the fault or problem. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.
